Your Alpfrieden Team
Welcome to Hotel Alpfrieden in Bettmeralp!
Look forward to some fantastic views and an unforgettable holiday filled with activity and fun: spend some relaxing days enjoying our fresh, regional cuisine and a wide selection of leisure activities.
Your Host Bastian Gaerner and Alpfrieden-Team
Your holiday break in Bettmeralp: fun and joie de vivre at an altitude of 1,970 m.
Both your room and our restaurant, with its beautiful terrace, offer a spectacular view of the mountains and free Wi-Fi – the perfect backdrop for an alpine holiday!
For connoisseurs, we have a large wine cellar filled with carefully selected wines.
The hotel is located just 50 m from the cable car that goes up to Bettmerhorn.
This gives you a direct connection to all the region's outdoor activities, in summer and in winter. And if you want to, you can party the night away at one of the regular events in our nightclub.
There are people who say that Bettmeralp is addictive.
The best way is to find out whether they are right is to see for yourself. Bettmeralp is a car-free sunny plateau at 1,950m, offering stunning views. The Aletsch glacier, which is the longest glacier in the Alps, and the entire region between the Jungfrau, Aletsch and Bietschhorn mountains has been named the first UNESCO world natural heritage area in the Alps.
Bettmeralp - the heart of the mountain arena
The village of the car-free Bettmeralp (2,000 m) with its typical Valais chalets is authentic and genuine. And that is exactly how it feels to be welcome. Becoming part of the lively village life is easy - immersing yourself in the harmonious coexistence and getting active a little easier.
